Everyone has mental health, even though it tends to be associated with illness.
#Mentalhealth occurs on a spectrum.
It fluctuates. Continuously.
Just like our physical health, which can be good or not so great at times, mental health is not static. Interventions, thus, cover a spectrum from periodic self care to professional support.
Whenever you contemplate mental health, for personal reasons or as part of a larger initiative, remember the following:
📌 Consider where you may be on the spectrum.
📌 Know that it is not a permanent state.
📌 Proactively try to incorporate self-care to build #resilience.
📌 Remember that others are also fluctuating on that spectrum.
